As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the quality and management of nursing care, ensuring the smooth and positive running of the department. With previous experience from the NHS or private care, you will oversee and provide high-quality care and support to people in an acute in-patient mental health service setting, while supporting your team and colleagues and promoting good teamwork.
