The Charity Administrator will play a key role in the effective running of our charity by providing administrative, financial, and communication support. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to supporting the mission of the organization. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

Manage the charity’s administrative functions, ensuring all systems and processes are effective and compliant. Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (both physical and digital). Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and minute-taking. Financial Support

Process invoices, expenses, and payments in line with the charity’s financial procedures. Assist with budget tracking and preparing financial reports. Support the preparation of funding applications and grant management processes. Communications and Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for general inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Draft correspondence, newsletters, and other communications for stakeholders, funders, and beneficiaries. Support the coordination of events, campaigns, and fundraising activities. HR and Compliance

Maintain up-to-date HR records and assist in recruitment and onboarding of staff and volunteers. Ensure compliance with charity governance requirements, including Charity Commission and legal obligations. Assist with health and safety and safeguarding responsibilities. General Duties

Undertake any other duties relevant to the role as required by the charity. Work collaboratively with other team members to support the charity’s goals and initiatives.
