£15,285 – £16,059 per annum (Based on FTE £25,475.10 – £26,765.55) & inclusive of 5% High Cost Area Allowance Hours:

22.5 hours per week (within a 7-day trading week) Overview of the role

St Clare Hospice is a charity that provides specialist palliative care to patients and families in West Essex and the East Hertfordshire borders. This is a hugely exciting time to join St Clare Hospice Retail, and this is a great role for someone looking to develop their management skills further within a busy charity Retail environment. We are looking for a creative retailer to work with the current team of staff and volunteers in delivering exceptional customer service to our supporters, donors, and customers. You will be diligent in daily compliance across health and safety in the workplace and compliance of Retail gift aid processing to maximise the income at every opportunity. Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to supporters, donors, and customers. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage Retail gift aid processing to maximize income. Support staff and volunteers in daily operations. Benefits:
