Responsibilities:
Pre-acquisition building surveys Preparation and negotiation of the schedule of dilapidations Preparation of schedules of works Contract Administration Assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes Planned maintenance programmes
Requirements:
MRICS status Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, preferably within a private consultancy. Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes. Excellent project management and communication skills.
