We are currently working with a local building surveying practice in West Sussex who are experiencing a period of growth and looking to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor.
The firm has been established for a number of years and works across a broad mix of clients and asset classes.
Working with both private and public clients, providing a full range of construction services, as well as providing professional services to domestic and commercial stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Delivery of various projects. Providing Professional Services to new and existing clients. Experience in Project Management (ideally both Contract Administration and Employer's Agent). Delivering a range of Professional Services including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall etc. Act, and Defect Diagnostic Investigations.
Qualifications: Chartered Building Surveyor. Positive attitude to working and keenness for personal development. Good attention to detail and a desire to go above and beyond.
