1st Select Ltd are partnering with a large consultancy based in Leeds and we are looking to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor. Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and advisory support to clients and team members. Conduct site surveys, including condition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, measured surveys, and planned maintenance assessments. Carry out defect analysis and prepare technical reports. Manage projects from inception through to completion, focusing on commercial and industrial. Prepare specifications, and conduct risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment, and new construction projects. Prepare tender documents, manage contracts, and oversee project management, ensuring compliance and quality control. This is a great opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking to achieve associate status within the next 18 months.
