Company: Leading Building Consultancy We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our clients highly regarded Building Consultancy team at either Senior or Associate level. Our client has a long-standing reputation within the UK, with extensive expertise in the commercial sector and a prestigious portfolio of blue-chip clients. This role offers the unique opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most iconic buildings.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a variety of commercial building surveying projects across multiple sectors. Maintain and strengthen client relationships by delivering high-quality service and meeting client expectations. Take responsibility for managing your own workload and achieving project goals efficiently. Mentor and support junior team members through their APC process, offering guidance and development. Demonstrate autonomy in your approach to project delivery, with the flexibility to manage projects in the way you see fit. Essential Requirements: MRICS accredited Chartered Building Surveyor. Proven experience in commercial building surveying projects. Strong communication, management, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
