- Managing small‑works projects, including JCT contract administration.
- Supporting business development and mentoring junior staff.
- Minimum 3 years PQE.
- Strong technical knowledge of building pathology and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Full - Time / Permanent.
- We’re looking for an MRICS or AssocRICS Building Surveyor with at least 3 years’ post‑qualification experience to work independently across a broad mix of residential and commercia.
- Up to £80,000 (depending on experience).
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays + 3 additional Christmas closure days.
