Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from design to delivery, ensuring compliance with the Construction Safety Act, Building Regulation Act, and Building Safety Act. Lead high-profile development projects in education, residential, and local authority sectors. Conduct surveys, provide dilapidation advice, and prepare detailed building reports. Oversee building control applications and collaborate with conservation officers on listed building projects.

Requirements: MRICS qualification with a degree in Building Surveying or related discipline. Strong project management experience and knowledge of CDM and Building Regulations. Self-starter with the ability to manage workloads independently. Access to a car (can be included in the package). Proficiency in IT systems such as CAD and BIM is advantageous.
