£85,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Excellent benefits package. Benefits: Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and group performance. This is an opportunity to: Make a real difference: You will play a vital role in shaping the future of the company and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the portfolio. Lead a team of experts: You will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team of property professionals. Guide your team through the complexities and understanding of the legal issues in property transactions, including tenure, options, overages, wayleaves, easements, covenants, etc. Exhibit strong stakeholder management, leadership, influencing, and communication skills, including confidence in public speaking and presenting to diverse groups, including boards, colleagues, suppliers, and financial advisors. We are looking for a leader who: Is a seasoned Chartered Surveyor (FRICS or MRICS) with a proven track record in managing complex residential property portfolios. Has a deep understanding of residential property, preferably with a background in transactions and valuations in a diverse range of property types, and detailed knowledge of construction methods. Possesses senior/management level experience within the surveying profession, either in private practice or on the client side, with a focus on residential property. Is passionate about driving positive change and understands the legal and technical intricacies of the property market. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage and motivate a high-performing team. Possesses exceptional communication and influencing skills to effectively present complex information to senior leadership, stakeholders, and advisors.
