Role: Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Uckfield
Hours: Full Time 8.30-5pm Monday-Friday
Salary: £to 55,000 per annum

Your Role:
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will: Deliver various projects and provide professional services to both new and existing clients. Engage in the strategic process of expanding our service range and client base, contributing to the firm's growth. Receive support and guidance to enhance your skillset and broaden your service delivery capabilities.
About You:
We are looking for a forward-thinking and adaptable professional who: Has experience in Project Management, ideally in both Contract Administration and Employer's Agent roles. Possesses a proven track record in delivering a variety of Professional Services, including: - Level 3 Building Surveys - Dilapidations - Party Wall etc. Act - Defect Diagnostic Investigations Exhibits a positive attitude towards work and a genuine enthusiasm for personal development as part of a successful, growing practice. Has excellent attention to detail and a desire to exceed expectations.
