FreshChoice Leamington is seeking a Checkout Supervisor who is reliable, hardworking, and motivated to join our dedicated checkout team. We pride ourselves in always delivering excellent customer service and an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
You will need to have good communication skills, high presentation standards, the ability to oversee staff, demonstrate excellent work ethics, and be a responsible team player.
As a Checkout Supervisor, you will be required to:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the department.
Manage the sale & supply of Alcohol, Tobacco & Lotto.
Handle customer enquiries appropriately.
Work closely with the Checkout Team.
The successful applicant will need to have experience in the supermarket industry or a similar retail environment.
A valid Manager's Certificate or willingness to gain one, along with Lotto experience, would be an advantage.
FreshChoice Leamington is open from 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week. Therefore, hours will include a weekend shift and/or evening work. Days & hours will be discussed at interview.
Flexibility with full-time or part-time hours to suit the right applicant.
