Firmly established in the cultural landscape of Edinburgh and Scotland, the Edinburgh Playhouse is the UK’s largest all seated theatre and plays host to some of the biggest names in live music, comedy and musical theatre.

We are delighted to be hiring a talented Chef De Partie for our newest venture, Little Picardy. This is an opportunity to work under the renowned Edinburgh Playhouse and ATG Entertainment brands in a new and exciting way, bringing a sophisticated yet informal dining and drinks offering to Greenside Place. Whilst the new café/bar is physically linked to our theatre, it will operate as a standalone entity with its own team and will serve the local community 7 days a week. 

The role will work in partnership with our current Pizzeria operation. Working hours, opening times and shift patterns will be accommodating of work-life harmony.
