We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join the brigade at this modern take on a traditional British pub near Windsor they have a Bib Gourmand. The kitchen team constantly strive to develop their ideas, taking inspiration from the best seasonal ingredients on offer from a network of carefully selected local suppliers.
The Perks
The Chef De Partie will receive:
- Salary package of £33,000
- A full time contract for 5 days per week - Wednesday to Sunday
- Monday and Tuesday as set days off
- 48 hour week

Our client is well established restaurant group with this beautiful pub being the first in their group. This site is located on the outskirts of Windsor and offers a tasting menu, private dining and bedrooms. The pub is a relaxed space with fantastic food and drink, focusing on sustainability and local suppliers. The custom designed vegetable garden is utilised to its full extent within the constantly changing menu.
The Person
The Chef De Partie will have:
- Experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a similar style of fine-dining venue is preferred, ideally with rosette experience
- Confidence to run a section and help with other duties, mentoring junior chefs in their tasks
- Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach.
- Strong desire to work hard, learn and grow as a chef
- Impeccable standards with a passion for creating dishes with the best fresh, seasonal produce
- A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
- As the pub is located on the outskirts of Windsor, having your own reliable transport is essential.
