we are looking for a chef de partie to run a section, you must be flexible as they only use seasonal produce, the dishes might change at short notice if they can not source a product locally. You will source the produce your using, you will prepare your dishes and cook in service, at a rosette level. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background and you have passion for produce.
