As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary journey, contributing to the creation of exquisite dishes and ensuring seamless kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with our talented culinary team to deliver exceptional breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Demonstrating finesse and expertise in high-pressure environments, maintaining composure during peak hours.
- Exhibiting a genuine passion for gastronomy, infusing creativity and innovation into every dish you prepare.
- Supervising and motivating a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and camaraderie.
- Overseeing stock levels and placing orders to ensure optimal inventory management within your section.
- Showcasing impeccable organisational and communication skills, facilitating smooth coordination between kitchen team members.
What you Need:
- Proven experience in a similar culinary role, demonstrating mastery of kitchen operations.
- A keen eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of perfection in every culinary creation.

- The ability to lead by example, effectively supervising and guiding a small team to success.
