Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus that showcase creativity and innovation while adhering to budgetary and operational requirements. - Monitor food stock levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain kitchen efficiency. - Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment in accordance with food safety regulations and company standards. - Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to foster a culture of learning and development. - Actively participate in menu planning meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment. - Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure. - Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. - Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable.
