Chef – Kitchen Leadership Role

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Defence on a full time basis contracted to 37 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen or service operations
• Maintain high food, service, and presentation standards
• Support team performance and consistency

• Strong leadership and kitchen or venue experience
• Ability to maintain quality and service standards
• Organised and confident in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a senior kitchen or hospitality role

• Strong organisational and team-management skills
