Protocol are delighted to be working in partnership with North East Scotland Colleges to recruit for a part-time temporary Authentic Indian Cookery lecturer. This role involves preparing and delivering authentic Indian recipes within the Aberdeen City Campus. The position is temporary for evening classes and will also run alongside various other cookery topics throughout the academic year. NESCOL is the provider of vocational education and training in the North East of Scotland, offering a modern, dynamic, and innovative learning environment for students. They are committed to excellence in enhancing educational opportunities and ensuring that students learn effectively. Role Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver authentic Indian cooking classes Maintain accurate attendance and results records Provide constructive feedback to students to help them develop Person & Qualifications

Must have a food hygiene qualification and ideally be a qualified chef or have a professional cookery qualification Previous teaching experience would be an advantage but is not essential As a
