Key Responsibilities for Chef
Heat and assemble pre-prepared dishes to meet client specifications. Monitor and document food temperatures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of workstations and equipment. Liaise with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of dishes. Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure functionality and cleanliness. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Assist with stock control and inventory management. Provide outstanding service and attention to detail for VIP clients.
