Chef Manager - Darent Valley Hospital
£30000 per annum 5 days over 7 Mainly Mon to Fri - some weekends and evenings Our ideal Chef Manager will:

Good cooking skills Good business knowledge of a food service operation Strong communication skills, able to engage and motivate others Previous supervisory or management experience within a kitchen environment Desirable
NVQ Lvl2/3 in professional cookery or equivalent Basic or Intermediate food hygiene Lvl2/3 Your key responsibilities will include:
