Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the catering unit, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Develop and plan menus that cater to diverse dietary needs, promoting healthy eating. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations. Proven experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar role Strong culinary skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
