Aramark UK is recruiting a Chef Manager to lead the culinary team at one of our sites in London, Westminster Kingsway College. This is a permanent, term time only position , plus a couple of extra weeks throughout the year (40 hours / week). The Chef Manager will be working Mon-Fri, 7am-3.30pm to allow for breakfast and lunch preparation and service. Hot and cold food production for both breakfast and lunchtime Organising and coordinating hospitality – alongside leading the team to ensure tasks are appropriately allocated and food preparation activities are delivered Accountable for stock flow and rotation of products Directing and coaching team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks, ensuring all training and development needs are met You’ll be set up for success if you have:

Recent Chef Manager experience, preferably within the education sector A passion for producing good food A willingness to engage with the students to enhance their experience within the catering areas People management experience Good client communication skills Strong computer skills If you are applying for this role and you already work for Aramark, you must notify your line manager before submitting your application.
