The nature of the site is offices requiring management of the staff restaurant for breakfast and lunch service. Managing a team of 3, you will be responsible for the day to day running, menus for hospitality and retail, working in conjunction with other sites under the company umbrella to ensure a consistency in delivering high standards. You will also need to be a strong communicator as you will be expected to develop strong client relationships and deliver regular performance reports. You must also be fully experienced and have full knowledge of all required health and safety practices relating to food production and kitchen management.

Food safety certificate Level 3 Health & Safety level 2 Strong IT skills Excellent financial acumen
