Ensuring the correct use of all kitchen machinery and equipment. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards. Complying with Health & Safety regulations. Completing weekly bookwork and reports. Stock taking and ordering. Minimum Requirements:
Previous contract catering experience essential. Excellent culinary skills. Experienced Chef Manager in a similar role/ideally contract catering producing food and adhering to recipes and menu planning. Excellent communication & leadership skills, able to engage and motivate others. Experience in managing client relationships. Quality and process driven with a particular focus on delivering results. IT literate (Ms Office and emails). Business management within a kitchen environment.
