Our ideal Manager will: Have previous experience in contract catering Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results Have a track record of growing sales and retaining business Possess excellent written and oral communication skills Demonstrate strong leadership with the ability to motivate and engage teams Have the ability to liaise with colleagues, customers and clients at all levels Be quality and process driven with a particular focus on delivering results Be compliant with Company policies and procedures in line with client agreements Be IT literate (MS Office, Email) About Us
