Due to the growth of our workplace catering operations, we are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our team in the Thatcham area. Location: Thatcham Salary: £35,000 per annum Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of 5, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and teamwork. Provide a positive and efficient work environment while overseeing scheduling, task delegation, and performance reviews. Oversee the preparation of high-quality meals, ensuring consistency, presentation, and compliance with dietary requirements. Maintain standards for food safety and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations. Monitor stock levels, manage procurement, and control food costs to align with budgetary requirements.
