Chef Open Day 26th of March 10am - 4pm We are holding a Open Day to find chefs with a passion for delivering outstanding high quality freshly made food - Commis Chef - Demi CDP - CDP pay rates up to £14.37 per hour dependant on role Meldrum House is a place where heritage, luxury, and innovation come together.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen or service operations
- Maintain high food, service, and presentation standards
- Support team performance and consistency
What we're looking for
- Strong leadership and kitchen or venue experience
- Ability to maintain quality and service standards
- Organised and confident in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior kitchen or hospitality role
- Ability to maintain quality, consistency, and service standards
- Strong organisational and team-management skills
