The Chemical Process Engineer is an essential role for ensuring that our chemical manufacturing processes are not only efficient and cost-effective but also meet the stringent standards required for producing high-quality, safe products. Your Responsibilities You will: Develop and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency and product quality. Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistent production. Ensure all processes comply with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed documentation, including process flow diagrams, SOPs, and batch records. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and safety. Lead and manage process improvement projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality. Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues. Provide solutions to process related issues. Provide data analysis and interpretation, to recommend changes to optimise the process improvements. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians. Our Requirements Degree in Chemical Engineering Certifications in GMP and regulatory compliance highly desirable Strong knowledge of chemical process engineering principles Experience with process simulation software and control systems Proficiency in GMP documentation and regulatory requirements Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proven Industrial scale up experience from either lab to pilot plant or pilot plant to commercial activities Proven experience of spray drying activities Your Benefits Attractive Salary Competitive benefits Training & Development Onsite subsidised restaurant Culture & Values at EUROAPI We bring our culture to life in the way we work every day.
