Design and support the manufacture of catalysts to comply with customer and legislative requirements, giving due consideration at all times to Quality standards, EHS and Sustainability. Produce and interpret complex technical data, for circulation and presentation to internal and external customers, to assist with the improvement of products and processes to gain competitive advantage. Coordinate appropriate resources to achieve specified objectives. Be a key point of contact for other Technology Centre Departments. Maintain strong relations with global development teams, application and/or development, by supporting with R&D related activities. Requirements for the role:
A science degree in a relevant discipline – hands-on practical experience would be an advantage. Ability to analyse and interpret technical data. Demonstrable IT skills with an understanding of the Microsoft Office suite. Be a resourceful team player with a hands-on practical approach. Be self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Ability to combine scientific analysis and organisation skills. Outstanding communication skills applied across a wide range of internal customers and stakeholders.
