Provide rapid and accurate interpretation and reporting on patient conditions using complex clinical data from diagnostic cardiac testing, in urgent and emergency situations. Remain accountable for own professional actions. Demonstrate expert knowledge and care of diagnostic equipment. Responsible for patient wellbeing whilst under your care, maintaining their dignity, physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Education & Qualification
ASCST diploma or equivalent Degree in Clinical Physiology, or equivalent RCCP or HCPC registration Possession of BSE Accreditation Intermediate Life Support Certification Experience & Knowledge
Advanced knowledge / experience in cardiac diagnostics. Proficient in performing and independently reporting: Provocative ECG, Ambulatory monitor recordings, Internal Loop recorder downloads, Urgent and planned complex device implant and follow up or adult echocardiography, Carry out diagnostic angiography. Experience of project management. Current experience in advanced practice. Skills & Abilities
