Reporting to the CEO, you will form an integral part of the senior leadership team and be responsible for setting strategic objectives and driving commercial performance in this acquisitive group. Key responsibilities include: Leading the division, with full responsibility for P&L and delivering strategic goals in line with group expectation; Identifying growth opportunities organically and via acquisition whilst managing risk and aligning regional strategy with global objectives; Working closely with sales and operations teams to create a collaborative environment and ensure short and long term objectives are met; Developing strong working relationships with colleagues across international markets and key customers.
