This role will be great for someone with strong project management and stakeholder management skills as there are a host of exciting projects in the works. We are looking for our Chief Engineer who will:
Be responsible for the overall engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel
Ensure that all training needs for team members are identified, processed promptly, and undertaken at an appropriate time
Carry out routine spot checks of equipment
Ensure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectives
Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received
Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
Have experience leading a large maintenance team
Be hands-on and strong with stakeholder management

Have previous experience as Chief Engineer or Maintenance Manager in a similar sized hotel
