Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse maintenance function, including planning and delegating workloads. Write and maintain PPM / CMMS. Performance management and budgetary control. Ensure the engineering strategy for the site is aligned for success. Oversee project work with ongoing improvements and installations. Control the engineering budget, including P&L management.
Qualifications: Food / FMCG experience is key, as is a proven background in this sector as a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager, with experience of leading multi-disciplined engineering teams.
