About the role We are seeking an outstanding individual for the role of Chief Executive, Education Scotland. The Chief Executive will work with leaders across the sector to refocus the work of Education Scotland and strengthen the education and skills system. The Chief Executive is responsible to Scottish ministers for the agency's management, performance, and future development. About you The successful candidate will be a transformational leader with the creative vision required to refocus the work and approach of Education Scotland. You must ensure it drives greater improvement in Scottish education, with a focus on curriculum design, improvement, and innovation, while building a confident and influential public body.
