mhs homes Chief Executive Officer Chatham, Kent Remuneration: Competitive mhs homes is a high-performing community focused housing provider, delivering safe, secure and affordable homes as a stepping stone to a better future. We believe everyone needs a decent home. The mhs homes group has been created to provide affordable homes to the people who need them most and we are passionate about investing in our communities. mhs homes Ltd. was set up in 1990 and became a registered charity in 2017. We own and manage over 10,000 homes in North Kent, making us the largest independent social landlord in the UK. The group includes Heart of Medway Housing Association, which manages 1,200 homes and is registered with the Social Housing Regulator, key in providing supported living for young people through our Foyers. Our strategic plan 2024-27 reflects our belief that ‘everyone should have a decent home’ and drives our ultimate ambition: to help end the housing crisis in North Kent by providing safe and sustainable homes, crucially keeping the customer voice at the heart of everything that we do. We are recruiting for our new CEO who will build on our strong financial position and well-respected standing in the communities to deliver even more for our customers. There are opportunities for mhs homes to continue these valuable partnerships, invest in our use of technology to deliver customer needs, and grow our development schemes. As the new CEO of mhs homes, you will be personable, innovative, and driven. You will bring excellent leadership skills, build on our culture of inclusivity, fairness, and customer focus, and have a track record of working at the executive level in regulated, customer-facing organisations. You will be a natural collaborator, an excellent communicator, and lead with a passion to get things done and move our agenda forward. In return, we offer the opportunity to join a unique and ambitious organisation, with a highly committed board and colleague group. We are committed to ensuring our workforce is reflective of the communities we serve, comprised of people who bring a broad mix of different skills and perspectives. We are keen to attract applicants from the broadest possible range of backgrounds. If you would like to be part of the mhs homes team then please click
