The Role As Headteacher of SWRA, you will provide inspirational and hands-on leadership to one of the most sought-after schools in Lincolnshire. About You We are seeking an exceptional leader who can: Inspire and empower pupils, staff, and leaders to deliver excellence across the Trust. Combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership of a vibrant secondary school. Build on the strong foundations of SWRA, ensuring high aspirations and inclusivity for all pupils. Foster collaboration and professional development across all Trust schools. Drive sustainable improvement while preserving the unique identities of each school. You will bring a proven track record of successful leadership, demonstrating the capacity to lead at both school and Trust levels. You will be an inspiring communicator with the ability to unite staff, pupils, parents, and trustees around a shared vision.
