Position Summary The CEO will serve as the visionary leader, responsible for driving the company's strategic direction, operational excellence, and business growth across existing and new markets. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will build and lead a high-performing team, foster partnerships, and oversee the scaling of operations in the UK and Italy. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-potential business in one of the most critical sectors of the global economy. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and strategic plan to achieve growth objectives in alignment with private equity stakeholders. Spearhead the expansion of the company’s asset base in the UK and Italy, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies in renewable energy production and storage. Operational and Financial Management Ensure financial performance aligns with investor expectations, focusing on profitability, efficiency, and return on investment (ROI). Oversee the development and optimization of operational processes to achieve scalability and reliability in energy production. Manage risk effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to ESG principles. Stakeholder Engagement Cultivate and maintain relationships with private equity investors, regulatory authorities, and industry stakeholders. Act as the public face of the organization, building trust and reputation in key markets. Forge strategic partnerships with suppliers, developers, and technology providers to strengthen the company’s competitive position. Team Leadership and Culture Build and lead a diverse, high-performing executive team capable of driving the company’s ambitious growth agenda. Foster a culture of excellence, sustainability, and innovation throughout the organization. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring and decision-making. Qualifications and Experience Leadership:

Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive within the renewable energy sector or infrastructure industries, with experience scaling operations in international markets. Sector Expertise:

Deep understanding of the renewable energy value chain, including wind, solar, energy storage, and power purchase agreements (PPAs). Private Equity Experience:

Familiarity with private equity-backed environments, including managing investor relationships and delivering on growth-focused KPIs. Market Knowledge:

Comprehensive knowledge of the UK and Italian energy markets, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics. Strategic Acumen:

Demonstrated ability to define and execute complex business strategies in dynamic environments. Financial Acumen:

Expertise in managing budgets, P&L, and financial forecasting, with a strong focus on ROI. Communication Skills:

Exceptional ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, from investors to policymakers. Preferred Attributes Fluency in English & Italian; proficiency in another European language is highly desirable. Strong network within the renewable energy sector in Europe.
