About the Role: Allsorts is seeking a compassionate and dynamic charity leader to step into the role of CEO. To be ambitious for Allsorts, disabled children, young people and their families in Gloucestershire and to lead the organisation by: Creating accessible and inclusive opportunities for disabled children and young people to enjoy, create friendships and to learn new skills, in a supportive and empowering environment. Building an innovative and sustainable financial strategy for Allsorts to deliver its vision and goals in the long-term, and to ensure consistent and high-quality services are provided for the whole family. Developing strong relationships to maximise the impact of Allsorts, including a strong team culture; positive links with local networks and stakeholders; and a thriving community of Allsorts members. Enabling the Board of Trustees to fulfil its duties and responsibilities for proper governance of the charity, in partnership with the Chair. Appointment is subject to a DBS check.
