Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

to drive our strategic financial vision. Reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive, the CFO will play a critical role in ensuring Falmouth’s financial sustainability, fostering innovation, and supporting entrepreneurial and commercial activities aligned with our Mission, Vision and Values. About You:

Proven expertise in financial leadership, ideally within complex or rapidly evolving sectors like Higher Education. A history of driving financial transformation and leveraging best practices to enhance efficiency, transparency, and impact. A data-driven decision-maker adept at balancing risk with opportunity. A collaborative leader who fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.
