As a pivotal member of our Executive Team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Board of Trustees to ensure financial growth, compliance, and innovation across the Trust. Your expertise will drive our mission to establish the foundations for our academies to achieve educational excellence by educating and inspiring the whole child, valuing inclusivity, developing character and building cultural capital. What You’ll Do: Strategic Leadership: Shape the Trust’s financial direction, develop financial plans, and provide expert advice to Trust leaders. Financial Management: Oversee budgets exceeding £10 million, ensure compliance with the Academies Handbook. Reporting & Compliance: Deliver timely financial reports, prepare annual accounts, and maintain compliance. Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a dedicated finance team, fostering professional growth and best practices. What We’re Looking For: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA qualification. Proven leadership in financial management, ideally in education or a similarly regulated sector. Expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
