Role Overview:
Spearheading a change in the culture across the business, you shall lead finance in stitching together with all departments while reshaping the way in which finance operates. This role will continually focus on achieving best practice, evolving with the growth. As Chief Finance Officer, you shall lead the established finance team and shape the department alongside the Financial Controller. Supported by a financial controller, the role will enable and drive change, executing a change in the way finance operates and developing efficiencies along the way.
As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you shall work alongside the directors and leaders in the business to execute and drive strategy both short and long-term. Influencing a culture change across the organisation, this role will be pivotal in reshaping the organisation during an exciting period of exceptional growth.
