Key Responsibilities Develop and execute financial strategies to support a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects. Oversee project financing, including budgets, reports, capital raising, and stakeholder management with financial institutions. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring to achieve organizational goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain corporate governance standards. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the board and executive leadership team. Optimize tax structuring and financial reporting for international operations. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a CFO in listed companies within the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors. Expertise in project financing and established relationships with international financial institutions. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, tax structuring, and global financial reporting standards. Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills.
