You will likely have started a career within a top tier accounting firm before making the step to industry and already be operating as number 1 in finance (either within a division or subsidiary of a large group or within an independent SME).
An intelligent, commercially aware, insightful, driven and strategically aware individual. Someone with high career ambition, fire in the belly and a natural enthusiasm for working in an acquisitive business looking to scale swiftly.
M&A experience is required – experience of 360–degree acquisition / getting businesses 'sale ready' / associated DD etc / successful exit ideally.
Someone able to coach and lead others confidently, professionally and impactfully.
You must be collaborative and comfortable working closely with (and presenting to) PE, business owners & senior leadership teams (within the current structure and future acquisition businesses).
