The Chief Financial Officer is a key strategic appointment. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all the organisation's financial activities, ensuring its financial stability, and providing strategic financial guidance to the CEO and senior management team. The CFO will play a key role in developing, monitoring, and evaluating overall corporate strategy with the CEO and leaders of the business units, with emphasis on bottom-line performance, working capital, and enhancing shareholder value. The CFO will also lead Mergers and Acquisitions and investment activity.

To be considered for this role, you must be comfortable in deal-making situations and have previous experience working in PE-backed businesses. You should have a track record of leading M&A activity and the ability to manage complex projects and transactions. You should also be motivated to be a key part of driving a business forward with first-class leadership and organizational skills.
