Job Description
As a key member of the executive team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for finance teams in the UK and overseas. The role includes lead financial responsibility for all the Group companies. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. Responsibilities Group financial reporting. Monthly group and entity management accounts. External audit requirements. Budgets and forecasts across the group. Cashflow management and reporting. Financial analysis - CAPEX and margin reporting. Financial governance and compliance. Manage all taxation matters UK and overseas. Monthly board meetings. Qualifications / Experience Strong finance-based analytical skills 10 years' plus of finance experience ACA or CIMA qualified with manufacturing experience PE backed experience SAP experience Working with funding partners (banks) and the track record of raising capital/debt funding would be an asset.
