You will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure financial stability and optimize performance, while also managing their "Buy & Build" strategy.

Oversee all financial operations and activities Develop and implement financial strategies Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Support M&A activities and integration processes Ensure compliance with financial regulations Qualifications: Proven experience as a CFO within a scaling SME (£20m to £50m revenue) Strong background in private equity backed businesses and exposure to M&A Essential experience in the Professional Services sector Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Eligible to work in the UK
