About the Role: Camino Search is partnering with a leading Technology business to find an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company through a pivotal phase of growth and exit. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance leader with a proven track record in preparing businesses for exit, particularly in Private Equity (PE) to PE transactions.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership:

Drive the financial strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and exit objectives. Exit Preparation:

Lead the preparation for a successful exit, including financial due diligence, valuation, and negotiations. Private Equity Expertise:

Utilize extensive experience in PE environments to manage relationships with investors and stakeholders. Financial Reporting & Compliance:

Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Operational Efficiency:

Implement and optimize financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Team Leadership:

Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience: Proven Exit Experience:

Demonstrated success in leading a business through a PE to PE exit. Financial Acumen:

Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting skills. Strategic Vision:

Ability to think strategically and drive long-term financial planning. Stakeholder Management:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with investors, board members, and senior management. Leadership:

Inspirational leader with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing finance team. Adaptability:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred. Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in senior financial leadership roles, with significant experience in the IT Services sector and PE-backed businesses.
