Are you ready to lead the financial strategy for a pioneering company in the Build to Rent sector? My client is a market leader with a growing portfolio of over 6,000 units across the UK and an annual rent roll exceeding £40m. With ambitious expansion plans, they are seeking a dynamic and collaborative CFO to drive financial performance and strategic growth. As CFO, you will be a key member of the team, collaborating with other Chief Executives to shape and execute business objectives. You will provide strategic financial advice, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and ensure strong financial governance. Leading a growing finance team, you will focus on developing talent and maintaining high-performance standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead business planning, scenario analysis, and financial advice to inform strategic decisions. Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and present monthly results to the board. Oversee external statutory reporting and ensure compliance with audits and tax regulations. Drive improvements in governance, internal controls, and financial systems. Lead and mentor a growing finance team, supporting staff development and performance. Skills & Experience: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). Experience as a Finance Director for atleast 5 years. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven track record in business planning and financial leadership. Experience managing all aspects of finance, from reporting to team leadership.
