Responsibilities Develop and execute financial strategy : Design a long-term financial roadmap to support the company's growth and market expansion. Fundraising : Build and nurture relationships with venture capital firms, investors, and funding partners, with a strong focus on the U.S. market. Lead and execute funding rounds (Seed, Series A, and beyond). Financial management and oversight : Establish and optimize internal financial processes, manage budgets, and ensure efficient cash flow management. Financial analysis and forecasting : Provide financial planning, forecasting, and analytics to support key business decisions. Legal and tax compliance : Manage tax strategy and ensure financial operations align with legal and regulatory requirements. Strategic partnership : Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align the financial strategy with the broader business goals and scale the company effectively. Qualifications Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role in tech startups, ideally in robotics, AI, or advanced technology sectors. Track record of successful fundraising with strong connections to venture capital firms and investors, particularly in the U.S. Deep knowledge of the U.S. financial and investment landscape. Experience leading multiple funding rounds, with expertise in managing relationships with angel investors, VCs, and strategic partners. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Ability to lead teams and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent understanding of international finance and tax regulations. Seniority level
